Olive Street Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) runs the Etsy shop ShopOliveStreet and the website olivestreetgifts.com. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect very little, and we don’t sell your personal information.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. Your email address, when you join our gift list.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit, our analytics and advertising tools may record pages viewed, links clicked, your device and browser type, approximate location, referring website, and similar usage data, using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• Send you gift-list emails — new product drops, order-by reminders before holidays, and the occasional discount.
• Measure and improve our website and advertising.
• Show you relevant ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and build similar/remarketing audiences.

Advertising & analytics (Meta Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel to understand how our ads perform. The Pixel may use a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address to match your activity to a Meta account — this is called Advanced Matching, and it helps us measure conversions and reach the right people. We never share your raw email with Meta for this purpose. You can manage ad personalization in your Facebook ad settings and review Meta’s practices in their Privacy Policy.

Email (Mailchimp)

We send our gift-list emails through Intuit Mailchimp. We use confirmed (double) opt-in, so you’ll receive a confirmation email before we add you. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, and we’ll stop.

Who we share information with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share limited data only with the service providers that help us run the site and our marketing:

• Meta Platforms — advertising and analytics (Meta Pixel).
• Intuit Mailchimp — email list management and delivery.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
• Google Fonts — loads our fonts (may receive your IP address).
• Etsy — when you click “Shop” you’re taken to our Etsy shop, where Etsy’s own Privacy Policy applies to your purchase.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them (including first-party cookies set by the Meta Pixel) for analytics and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may work differently if you do.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails anytime via the link in any email.
• Opt out of personalized ads through your Meta/Facebook ad settings.
• Access or delete the information we hold about you — just email us (below).

Data retention

We keep your email for as long as you’re subscribed to the gift list. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we’ll remove it from active use.

Children

Our site and products are intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above.
